We decided to have double glazed units with integral blinds (Uniblinds) throughout the house so that the blinds didn't get dusty. We have ordered these from Alpine Windows based in Leeds. Unfortunately because the blinds are supplied from Italy they won't be ready as soon as we'd like but there was a lot of faffing around over the window sizes so the order didn't go in early enough. Alpine windows will also be supplying our back door.
The blinds will be well worth the wait! We have one in our new stable door and it's brilliant. Came from Italy and the quality is superb.
