August 2009 - Internal Walls

Once the Supawall panels were in place the internal layout commenced. The joists for the first floor were also fitted. All of this work including the erection of the Supawall panels was completed in 1 day by 3 joiners and a crane driver!

First floor delivery scheduled for Wednesday 2nd September.

    Good luck with your self build project, hope you keep within your budget. We were in a self build group in the 1970's and it was really hard work, if my Husband could not get on site due to work commitments, I had to do his shift even if it meant driving a dumper truck filled with concrete to complete the footings. Just to add to that we did not keep to the budget went over by a long way. As you can imagine headache, headache all the way.

    Thanks. I dare say there will be many challenges along the way but touch wood things are going more or less to plan at the moment.
