The main foundations were already in place (we bought the plot from a builder who had already put the foundations in).
Here are the foundations for the new breakfast room, ready for concrete pour. This will be used as a patio initially until we get the completion certificate for the plans that have been approved by the council (minus the breakfast room).
Although under the size required for planning permission once the house is signed off we were told that this could not be considered a revision to the planning permission and a brand new application would need to be submitted. Not wanting to delay things further we will go ahead with completing the house minus the breakfast room and add this on later once we can face it!
